A typical full bathroom is 3–5 weeks from demo to handover, depending on tile work and fixture lead times.
Do you pull permits?
Yes. For anything structural, electrical or plumbing-related we pull the appropriate municipal permits.
Can you work around us living in the home?
Yes — most of our renos are done with the homeowner living there. We seal off work zones and protect finishes.
